Problem:

Large ocean vessels have variable crew size, variable routes and a manual cooking resupply process. As manual process does not take into account all available data like current stock, suppliers location and prices, expiration and storage limits - it produces excess waste and unnecessary resupply events.

Input:

Crew count per each day, current stock, static normalized menu table, suppliers price lists per port, route table, custom crew orders.

Output:

A table of optimal item, volume, supplier, port.

Integration:

Custom Python-based connector with Marine ERP system running as a service in AWS cloud.
