HyperC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Analytics, campaign-measurement or advertising technologies, where enabled, may disclose identifiers, device information, Internet activity, commercial interactions and related inferences in a way that California law can treat as a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To opt out of sale and sharing for your personal information:
HyperC honors legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
This marketing website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The management console at api.hyperc.com uses one strictly necessary session cookie (p34s) for login state. Because no nonessential cookies are in use, there is nothing to configure today; if analytics or advertising technologies are added, a cookie preference center will appear on this page before they are enabled, and the Privacy Notice will be updated first.
HyperC does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" mechanism under California law. If that changes, the mechanism will be provided on this page.
California residents may also request access, deletion or correction of personal information — see the California privacy rights section of the Privacy Notice and submit requests via the privacy request form. Authorized agents may submit requests on a consumer's behalf.
If you have difficulty using any privacy-choice mechanism or need this page in an alternative format, contact support@hyperc.com.
