Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: 17 Aug 2026 · Companion to the HyperC Privacy Notice · Requests: privacy request form or support@hyperc.com

Opt out of "sale" or "sharing"

HyperC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Analytics, campaign-measurement or advertising technologies, where enabled, may disclose identifiers, device information, Internet activity, commercial interactions and related inferences in a way that California law can treat as a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To opt out of sale and sharing for your personal information:

  • Submit the privacy request form and choose "Opt out of sale / sharing" — no account is required, and no verification is used beyond what is reasonably necessary to identify the relevant browser, device, account or record.
  • Or email support@hyperc.com with the subject "Opt-out of sale / sharing".
  • Or use a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (below).

Global Privacy Control

HyperC honors legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.

Cookies on this website

This marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-65P85NZ9KE) to count visits and understand which pages people read. It sets first-party analytics cookies in your browser — typically _ga and _ga_65P85NZ9KE — and sends page-view data to Google. No advertising cookies are set. The management console at api.hyperc.com uses one strictly necessary session cookie (p34s) for login state.

Analytics is not loaded at all when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. The check happens before the Google script is requested, so with GPC enabled no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent. You can also block it with browser cookie controls, tracking protection or an ad/analytics blocker; the site works normally either way.

Cookie preferences

Your choice is stored in this browser and applies to every page on hyperc.com. Changing it here takes effect immediately — turning analytics off also deletes the cookies it has already set.

Limit the use of sensitive personal information

HyperC does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" mechanism under California law. If that changes, the mechanism will be provided on this page.

Email choices

  • Newsletter and promotional email — use the unsubscribe link included in every message.
  • Transactional email (billing, security, account and service notices) may continue after a promotional unsubscribe.

Other privacy rights

California residents may also request access, deletion or correction of personal information — see the California privacy rights section of the Privacy Notice and submit requests via the privacy request form. Authorized agents may submit requests on a consumer's behalf.

If you have difficulty using any privacy-choice mechanism or need this page in an alternative format, contact support@hyperc.com.
