Privacy Policy
Draft for counsel review. Version 0.9 · August 2026 · Applies to this website and the P34 Membership program. Data submitted to the P34 API and management console is additionally governed by the privacy provisions of the P34 API Terms of Use (Sections 13 and 16) and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
1. What we collect
- This website stores no form submissions server-side: the contact form composes an email in your own mail client. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) may be retained for security and operations.
- Accounts. When you register at the management console we collect your email address, a password (stored only as a salted scrypt hash), plan and billing status, API keys you create, and a business profile you choose to provide (description and uploaded documents) to improve model context.
- Usage. API and console usage metadata: endpoints called, compute consumed (token accounting), session identifiers, timestamps, and error logs.
- Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.
- Community. Content you post in member spaces, associated with your member identity.
2. How we use it
- To provide, secure, meter and bill the service and membership benefits;
- to administer profit-share pricing where you enroll a project;
- to provide support and to communicate service, billing and legal notices;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and to enforce our agreements;
- to improve models and services using aggregated or de-identified information only. We do not use identifiable customer content submitted through the API to train shared models unless you affirmatively opt in (API Terms §13.5–13.7).
3. Sharing
We share personal data only with: service providers and subprocessors (cloud hosting, Stripe for payments) bound to protect it; professional advisers under confidentiality; authorities where legally required; and a successor in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. After account termination we delete or de-identify customer content within 90 days, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, billing and profit-share reconciliation, dispute resolution, or ordinary-course backups (which age out on their normal cycle). Export what you wish to keep before access ends.
5. Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards: passwords stored as salted scrypt hashes, API keys revocable at any time from the console, TLS in transit, and access limited to personnel who need it. No system is completely secure; notify support@hyperc.com immediately of suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete your account information via the console or by contacting us;
- revoke API keys at any time;
- opt out of non-essential communications;
- withdraw a model-training opt-in prospectively;
- exercise rights available under the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA) by writing to info@hyperc.com.
7. Cookies
This marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The management console uses a session cookie strictly for login state. If analytics are added to this site, this policy and any consent banner will be updated first.
8. Children
The service and membership are for adults (18+) and are not directed to children.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a revised version date and, for members, notified per the Membership Terms. Privacy questions: info@hyperc.com · HyperC · CriticalHop Inc · Santa Clara, California.
