Announcement · Community round

HyperC is opening a community round

We’re opening a community crowdfunding campaign on Wefunder to help build AI agents that can operate real businesses. Nonbinding reservations are now open.

We want the people who use HyperC, challenge our research, and believe in the future of autonomous businesses to have an opportunity to become investors in the company behind it.

What we are building

Running a business means making decisions with consequences. Which inventory should you buy? How much? What will remain after fees, shipping, delays, and unsold stock? When is the right decision to walk away?

An AI agent can gather listings, research suppliers, and prepare an order. Every opportunity it finds still needs an economic decision.

That is where P34 comes in.

P34 is HyperC’s model for evaluating business opportunities. Give it the available deals, the history of your business, and your constraints. It evaluates what to pursue, at what quantity, and what to decline. Your agent handles the surrounding work; you set the budget and approve actions.

Picture a small resale business. Your agent collects the day’s supplier offers. P34 evaluates the menu against your operating history and available capital. The agent brings you a proposed purchase order, with estimated economics, for your approval. Outcomes from completed transactions become evidence for subsequent decisions.

This is the workflow we are building toward across computable markets: places where opportunities repeat, useful data exists, and results can be measured.

You can explore it today through our product documentation, API, and founding membership, which includes a persistent agent workspace and tools for market experiments. The platform is in beta. Decision support and workflows that require your approval are available now; broader autonomy is being developed.

What brought us here

Our earlier work in commerce exposed a difficult problem: a business sees the outcomes of the deals it accepts, while most rejected opportunities leave no outcome in its records. A model can learn that incomplete history and become confidently wrong when asked to evaluate a different set of opportunities.

Our research on training P34 addresses that problem using synthetic and augmented market environments. We can control what the model sees, retain the underlying outcomes, and test whether it learns to make useful decisions from incomplete evidence.

We have also gained experience beyond the laboratory:

  • HyperC has raised $1M from more than ten investors.
  • Earlier HyperC systems have helped generate more than $30M in cumulative customer sales since 2023, according to company-reported operating figures.
  • We have published technical research, benchmark notebooks, and the limitations we are still working through.

Our research and evidence page separates live operating figures from synthetic tests. The customer sales figures are unaudited, and historical results do not establish what a new user will earn.

Why we are inviting the community

Our long-term vision is an economy that coordinates goods, capital, and work with less waste and better understanding of risk. We are starting with individual business decisions because that is where we can test the idea against measurable outcomes.

Operators and builders have an essential role in that work. They know markets we have never explored. They can bring operating data, test assumptions, and tell us when a promising model fails to solve a practical problem.

We want that community to have an opportunity to participate in HyperC’s growth.

We intend to use capital raised through the round to improve P34, expand our datasets and simulations, add compute capacity, and build more market integrations. The aim is to turn useful experiments into workflows people can repeatedly operate.

If you believe AI agents will become an important part of how businesses run, we invite you to read the campaign, ask questions, and consider a nonbinding reservation.

Thank you to everyone who has tested the product, questioned the research, and helped us understand what to build next.

HyperC is an early-stage company, and P34 remains experimental. Commercial success and investment returns are uncertain. A future investment could be illiquid and could lose its entire value. Product membership is a separate purchase and does not provide equity.

HyperC is testing the waters for a potential offering under Regulation Crowdfunding. No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, it will not be accepted. No offer to buy securities can be accepted, and no part of the purchase price can be received, until an offering statement on Form C is filed and then only through Wefunder’s platform. An indication of interest involves no obligation or commitment of any kind.
